Watching is free. Judging is the seat.
The console is read-only and free for every viewer. A seat is the Inbox: the person who returns verdicts.

What is a seat?
A seat is a person who can return verdicts: the owner, or any member flagged as a judge. Everyone else is a viewer, and viewers are never counted against the 1 to 100 seats of a tier.
What counts as a token?
Every model call Belora makes for your organization is recorded with its input, output and total tokens, run by run.
How many agent runs a day?
Detective and repo doc runs are capped per day by tier, from 10 and 6 on Solo to 200 and 120 on Scale.
What stops when an organization is paused?
A paused or lapsed organization refuses new pipeline work. An organization in the warn state keeps working.
